PAULA PIÑAR GUZMÁN
Scherbina Legal was founded in 2020 by Paula Piñar Guzmán with the aim and purpose of assisting the legal departments of companies, providing them in a concrete way and with a high degree of specialization, the necessary legal-technical advice to accompany the involvement of their respective companies in certain real estate operations, construction and energy projects.
This specialized legal assistance is also required by individuals who seek a broad approach in the analysis of their issues which takes into account the specific circumstances of the case and which ultimately satisfies the pursued interest.
In addition, if clients are involved in a matter that requires the intervention of other legal specialties, Scherbina Legal collaborates with different technical and legal professionals on a co-counseling basis. This formula of professional collaboration allows the client not to lose their reference lawyer and, at the same time, obtain the best advice and the most extensive defense for their case.
Since its foundation, the Firm has advised companies, energy and operator funds in their participation in first level operations related mainly to real estate developments and renewable energy projects.
With a solid family legal tradition, Paula has more than 25 years of experience and professional practice developed in prestigious law firms (RLD & Asociados, Broseta Abogados and Deloitte Legal), leading companies in the real estate and construction sector (Fadesa Inmobiliaria), or in the development of major urban development projects.
Her extensive experience in the real estate sector has made her a member of investment fund advisory teams for the acquisition of property lots owned by financial entities, refinancing processes of business groups, processes of acquisition or contribution of real estate assets between companies or individuals, as well as the drafting of all kinds of contracts and agreements specific to the sector.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since 1998 and of the Construction and Engineering Law Club.
